Boil in a bag Brown rice, canned beas, canned black beans, mozzarella cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

1/2 c peas
1/2 c black beans
3/4 c mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice W/ Peas, Black Beans, and Mozz

Cook rice as directed. Cube or shred cheese. Drain rice and and all of the ingredients. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
