8 oz goat cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter
25 asparagus spears
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Brown rice pasta w/Asparagus

  1. boil pasta according to package

  2. in a separate bowl mix butter & goat cheese with 1 ladle of hot pasta water

  3. grill asparagus with salt, pepper, and olive oil for 10 min.

  4. add chopped asparagus and pasta to goat cheese and butter sauce
