1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
2 tbsp Butter
4 tsp Minced Onion
6 tsp Parsley, Dried
1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Brown rice with onion, parsley & butter

Put all ingredients into a pan. Bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and cook until rice is done, 25-30 minutes.
