1 cup long grain brown rice
2 cups water
2 garlic cloves
1 tbs olive oil
6 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 med onion, diced
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice with Mushrooms, Onions and Garlic

  1. Cook Rice in Steamer or per directions

  2. Put olive oil in pan over medium-high heat

  3. Sautee mushrooms, onion and garlic & spinach

  4. Add to rice
