recipe says cherry yogurt, but you can use any flavor light and fit greek yogurt - I used blueberry (nutrients are the same)

Recipe Ingredients for brown rice flour banana muffins

1 cup Organic Brown Rice Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup, mashed Bananas
12 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
1 serving Cherry Greek Yogurt
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for brown rice flour banana muffins

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare muffin tins with liners or spray. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl beat banana, splenda, egg and vanilla. Stir in yogurt. Add this mixture to the flour mixture & stir till just mixed. Fill muffin cups 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool before eating.
