Using the H-E-B Economax frozen diced (cubed) broccoli and carrots, an easy brown rice and veggie recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Brown rice with Diced Broccoli and Carrots

1 cup brown rice
454 g diced broccoli and carrots
2 cups water (actually four cups but I don't want CC to account for them)
2 cubes Knorr tomato bouillon

Recipe Directions for Brown rice with Diced Broccoli and Carrots

Add four 1/2 cups water and bouillon cubes to a pot and boil. Once bouillon is dissolved and water is at a full rolling boil, add rice and veggies. Boil for 45 minutes, uncovered. Then cover and let sit 10 minutes. Uncover, fluff with fork and enjoy.
