This has no meat and its so filling!

Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Casserole

1 vegetable bouillon cube
2 cup water
1 cup brown rice, raw
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
19 oz chopped tomatoes
1 cup peas
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon oregano

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Casserole

  1. Cook the brown rice with the water and vegetable bouillon cube.

  2. Meanwwhile saute the celery, onion, and garlic clove.

  3. Add tomatoes to the saute and bring to a boil; then simmer.

  4. Mix flour and seasonings in a separate bowl and then add to the vegetables.

  5. Cook 3 minutes then add the peas.

  6. Pour into a baking dish and then cover with the rice.

  7. Cook for 20min at 350.
