Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice with Carrots and Zucchini

1 1/2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice with Carrots and Zucchini

  1. Cook rice as directed.

  2. While rice is cooking, eat olive oil in a pan.

  3. Add onions, salt and garlic powder and saute for 2 to 3 minutes

  4. Add carrots and zucchini and saute for another 4 to 5 minutes

  5. Once rice is cooked, add veggies and serve
