Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice and Carrots

4 serving Trader Joe's Frozen Rice
1 serving trader joes organic baby carrots
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Trader Joe's Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice and Carrots

  1. Saute carrots in olive oil. Cook until they start to soften. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute more.

  2. Add brown rice and chicken broth, and mix thoroughly. Cook until broth is absorbed.
