1 serving trader joes organic baby carrots
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20 fl. oz Trader Joe's Low Sodium Chicken Broth

  1. Mince onion & garlic, and finely dice carrots.

  2. Saute veggies in oil for several minutes until they start to soften.
