Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice & Black Bean Casserole

2 serving mahatma brown rice
0.5 tsp Bouillon
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.33 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 serving Bush's Best Black Beans
3 serving frozen green chile
2 medium Carrots
1.5 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice & Black Bean Casserole

  1. Cook rice with chicken granules.

  2. Cook and shred chicken.

  3. Saute onions, then add zucchini, chicken and spices.

  4. In large bowl mix all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of cheese.

  5. Spread in greased 13x9 inch pan and top with 1/2 cup cheese.

  6. Cover lightly with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil, bake additional 10 minutes.

  7. Can serve with chips and/or mushrooms. Easy to make this recipe your own
