Recipe Ingredients for Brown rice and black bean burritos

6 whole wheat tortillas
3 cups brown rice
14 ounces black beans
14 ounces corn
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Brown rice and black bean burritos

  1. sautee onion, garlic, cumin and chili powder until onions are soft. Add beans, corn and rice to the onions. Cook for a few minutes.

  2. fill each tortilla with the rice filling, some cheese and salsa.
