4 cups Minute brown rice
2 tsps canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 cups Bush's black beans
1 1/2 cups Kuner's Corn 'n Peppers

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice & Black Bean Burrito Filling

  1. Saute chopped onion and spices in canola oil until onion is tender.

  2. Stir in prepared brown rice, drained beans and drained corn.
