Recipe Ingredients for Brown Rice Banana Muffins

1 large Egg, Yolk
1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
2 tablespoon Agave Nectar
160 grams Brown Rice Flour
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 oz (14 halves) Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for Brown Rice Banana Muffins

Mix everything. Let batter sit at least 5 min after mixing dry & wet ingredients. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ground ginger as desired. Walnuts optional. Preheat to 425. Grease muffin pans. Bake 17-20 min.
