3 cup basmati rice
2 tablespoons oil
1 carrot
2 stalks celery
1/2 bell pepper
8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 onions
1/2 zucchini
4 tablespoons water
4 1/2 cups water

  1. boil lentils

  2. boil rice

  3. chop veggies

  4. cook in half the oil

  5. add lentils

  6. add rice

  7. add other half of oil

  8. season
