Fried brown rice with vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Brown Fried Rice

3 cups cooked brown rice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 onion
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup sweet peas
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp minced ginger

Recipe Directions for Brown Fried Rice

Saute onions until translucent, add ginger and garlic, saute for 30 seconds. Add rice and remaining vegetables, and toss until well coated in oil, saute for 3 minutes. Push rice to the side, scramble eggs in one side of the pan. Toss together to combine.
