1/2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Brotchen (German Rolls)

  1. Mix all ingredients and knead with dough hooks on your kitchen aid, until a smooth dough is established.

  2. Take the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. Shape 10 rolls and let rise about 30 minutes or until doubled in size. bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
