Recipe Ingredients for Brooks Turkey Chili

12 ounces lean ground turkey
1 T olive oil
1 white onion
2 stalks of celery
1 red pepper
30 ounces of chili beans
15 ounces diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Brooks Turkey Chili

  1. brown ground turkey and season

  2. in large deep pan heat the olive oil and add diced onion, celery and pepper

  3. season

  4. cook until onion becomes translucent

  5. add chili beans, cooked turkey and tomatoes

  6. additional seasoning to taste (we usually use a packet of brooks chili seasoning)

  7. hint - if you need to thin out the chili try adding some beer instead of water
