3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
0.66 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Recipe Directions for Brooklyn Cheese Puffs

  1. Combine softened butter and cheddar in a bowl.

  2. Add flour, ricotta, salt, pepper, parsley, and egg. Stir until well combined.

  3. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto dinner plates, keeping them about an inch apart.

  5. Adjust oven rack to middle position, and preheat to every bit of 450 degrees.

  6. Once frozen, transfer to baking sheet, then place right into the oven and bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
