This is a recipe for a slightly different tofu scramble. The noodles are very chewy I will warn you. Its good gluten free alternative and fun to eat.

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
18 grams Garlic
55 grams Onions
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 large Egg, Whole
1 serving VIGO OREGANO
3 tbsp Salsa
16 oz Tofu Shirataki

Recipe Directions for Bronaugh's vegetarian tofu scramble

sauté the onion and garlic in oils ass the tofu noodles, then eggs oregano and salsa and fresh tomatoes. Serve and enjoy.
