This is a very light flavourful soup for when you need something more but are low on calories to spare.

Recipe Ingredients for Bronaughs curried cauliflower soup

1 head cauliflower
6 potatoes
2 cups Pure Almond Original
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbs curry powder
8 cups water
3 apples
5 carrots

Recipe Directions for Bronaughs curried cauliflower soup

I pureed the apple, cauliflower and carrots, chopped the onion and garlic and sautéed it with the curry. I added a bay leaf for flavouring (not eaten hence not in the calorie list). I added water and milk and potatoes and let it all boil together. Let it sit overnight to blend the flavours.
