1 cup milk, 3% fat
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for broken wheat payasam

  1. heat wok.

  2. saute broken wheat for about 3 minutes.

  3. add water, reduce flame and cook till the wheat is cooked.

  4. add the sugar, stir well and cook for about 3 minutes.

  5. add the milk, bring to a boil.
