Broiled Zucchini Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for BROILED ZUCCHINI

4 small zucchinis
2 T Extra virgin olive oil
1 T Fresh marjoram, lightly chopped
1 T Fresh parsley, chopped
1 Salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for BROILED ZUCCHINI

  1. Slice the small zucchinis in half and score the flesh. Place on oiled baking sheet.

  2. Sprinkle the zucchini with olive oil, marjoram, and salt and pepper.

  3. Place under broiler for just a few minutes, until the zucchini begins to brown.

  4. Remove from broiler and add chopped parsley, a little more marjoram, and a spritz of lemon juice.
