Apple and celery Tuna melt, open face

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled tuna melt

12 oz albacore tuna
2 oz cheddar cheese
1/4 cup apple
1/4 cup celery
2 tsp mustard
1/3 cup miracle whip, light
1/8 cup onion
6 slices whole wheat bread
1 1/2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Broiled tuna melt

  1. Mix tuna, apple, celery, mustard, miracle whip, and onion together.

  2. Lightly butter whole wheat bread and toast in broiler.

  3. Flip over and top with a bit of cheese and then top with mixture. If cheese left over top off sandwiches with it. Broil 1-3 minutes.
