2 medium tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Broiled tomatoes and cheese

  1. Set oven to broil

  2. Slice 2 medium tomatoes thin and lay in a single layer on baking sheet

  3. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Add garlic, italian seasoning and black pepper to taste.

  4. Broil until cheese just starts to brown and enjoy!
