Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Tomato

1/2 medium tomato
1 pinch salt
1 pinch Italian Herb Seasoning
1 Fresh ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Broiled Tomato

  1. Preheat oven to broil.

  2. Place tomato on a small cookie sheet or baking pan, sliced side-up.

  3. Sprinkle seasonings over top of tomato.

  4. Broil for 15 minutes.
