Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Tilapia with Parmesan

16 oz Tilapia, cooked, dry heat
2 tbs Reduced Fat With Olive Oil
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
6 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Broiled Tilapia with Parmesan

  1. Broil fish for two minutes on each side.

  2. Mix together all other ingredients.

  3. Add to top of fish and broil for 2 more minutes or until fish is cooked.

  4. Do not overcook the fish.
