Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Tenderloin Steaks with Ginger-Hoisin Glaze

1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tbsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp honey
1 1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp chili sauce
16 ounces beef tenderloin
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Broiled Tenderloin Steaks with Ginger-Hoisin Glaze

  1. preheat broiler to high

  2. combine ingredients 1-5 and whisk

  3. place steaks on foil lined broiler pan w/cooking spray

  4. broil 5 inches from heat 2 minutes, turn over broil 2 minutes

  5. brush steaks w/half of mixture, broil one minute

  6. turn steaks over, broil two minutes or until desired degree of doneness
