Easy to make can grill or broil. You can use more oil or spray when going into oven or grill. Also can up the lemon juice to 2T.

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Shrimp Kabobs

1/2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
6 oz medium shrimp, peeled
1/4 red bell pepper, cut into squares
1/2 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices

Recipe Directions for Broiled Shrimp Kabobs

  1. Preheat oven 450. Whisk together 1/2 oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, oregano and ground red pepper in medium bowl. Add some slat fee garlic and herb seasoning if need. Add shrimp, stir until well coated.

  2. Mix bell pepper and zucchini with 1/2 oil and salt free garlic and herb seasoning. Bake 450 for 15 min and then broil for 3.

  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 2 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
