Broiled salmon with garlic and mustard.

Recipe Ingredients for broiled salmon

2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
3/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary
3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/4 pounds salmon
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for broiled salmon

  1. Chop garlic

  2. Mix mustards, herbs and vinegar

  3. Mix in olive oil - set aside

  4. Lightly salt and pepper the fish

  5. Cover heavy cookie sheet with tin foil

  6. Place fish skin side down

  7. Broil fish for 2 minutes

  8. Cover lightly with mustard mixture

  9. Broil for another 5 minutes until done.
