Makes 1 serving



Broiled salmon with dill & lemon juice. Quick & easy!! I sometimes add it to top my spinach salad by using the mixture as the dressing to.

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Salmon

7 oz. Salmon, filet
2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Dill, fresh chopped
1 tsp. Black Pepper, fresh ground
1 tsp. Sea Salt, course

Recipe Directions for Broiled Salmon

  1. Mix EVOO, lemon juice, salt, pepper & dill to glass baking dish.

  2. Place salmon into dish.

  3. Bast top of fish with mixture.

  4. Broil for 10-12 minutes, until flaky but, moist. (you can bake as well, fish should be 140 degrees.)
