Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Salmon with Creamy Lemon Sauce

1 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. capers (optional)
1 t. lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 c. fat-free cream cheese
24 oz. salmon fillet

Recipe Directions for Broiled Salmon with Creamy Lemon Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.

  2. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  4. All the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Reduce the heat to low.

  6. Stir in the lemon juice, capers, and lemon-pepper seasoning and cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Add the sour cream and cook for 5 more minutes or until heated through.

  8. Meanwhile place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is just opaque.

  10. Serve with the sauce.
