Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Portabella Mushrooms

2 Mushrooms, Portabella
1 tbsp Canola Oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for Broiled Portabella Mushrooms

  1. Peel and clean (dry) Mushrooms

  2. Mix Ingrediants and pour over shrooms

  3. Let sit in the fridge for 45 minutes or so

  4. Broil on the second from top rack for 15 minutes
