Broil Pork and a 3 oz side of cooked rice noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Pork and Garlic Rice pasta

3 oz Lean Boneless Pork
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 oz rice noodles - cooked
1 clove garlic - chopped
1/3 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Broiled Pork and Garlic Rice pasta

  1. Preheat broiler or grill.

  2. Rinse and dry the pork.

  3. Mix black pepper and garlic powder.

  4. Put pork and seasonings into a baggie and let sit for 15 minutes.

  5. Put meat onto the grill (approx 4-5 min per side, until no longer pink in the middle - but do not overcook!).

  6. In the mean time, Cook the rice noodles and set aside.

  7. Chop the garlic and lightly brown in the olive oil over med heat.

  8. Sprink just a tad of black pepper.

  9. Plate the meat.

  10. Mix the noodles into the browned garlic and olive oil.

  11. Serve while hot.
