Yummy broiled fish. Quick and easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Parmesean Tilapia

1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
1/8 cup butter
1 1/2 tbs ranch dressing
1 tbs lemon juice
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp celery salt
12 oz tilapia

Recipe Directions for Broiled Parmesean Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to broil and set rack at highest position

  2. Line baking sheet with foil

  3. Mix all ingredients, not fish and set aside

  4. Broil fish for 2-3 minutes, flip over and broil another 2-3 minutes.

  5. Cover top of fish with mixture and broil another two minutes until top browned and fish flakes.
