Broiled Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

8 oz raw Lamb Shoulder Chop
4 serving VIGO BALSAMIC VINEGAR
4 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
2 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Broiled Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

  1. Preheat broiler. Arrange chops on broiler pan.

  2. In a small pot, combine vinegar, sugar, rosemary, and garlic. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes to thicken sauce. Remove garlic.

  3. Broil chops 5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Season chops with salt and pepper. Transfer chops to warm serving platter and drizzle with balsamic rosemary reduction.
