Basic roasted chicken breast - portion sized to 1 ounce, to make it easier to log exact portions.

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Garlic Chicken Breasts - 1 oz portion

5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 large breast halves in family pack average weight)
4 sprays Cooking Spray
3 teaspoons garlic salt (california style), to taste
3 teaspoons Lemon & Herb Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Broiled Garlic Chicken Breasts - 1 oz portion

Preheat broiler on high. Cover cookie sheet with foil, and spray lightly with olive oil spray. Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Place on foil, and lightly spray with olive oil. Dust lightly with 1/2 garlic salt and 1/2 ground pepper. Turn and repeat oil, garlic salt, and pepper. Roast in broiler, turning once, until juice runs clear when knife blade is inserted in thickest portion.
