Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Fish Steaks with Green Bean-Cucumber Salad

Recipe Directions for Broiled Fish Steaks with Green Bean-Cucumber Salad

  1. In a large bowl, mix salad ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.

  2. Set oven to broil. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper if desired. Brush both sides with melted butter. Place on rack in broiler pan.

  3. Broil with top of fish about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Carefully turn fish. Brush other side with butter.

  4. Broil 4 to 6 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork. Divide fish and salad between 2 dinner plates.
