Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Fish Parmesan

1 1/2 pounds fresh flounder fillets
2 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 tbs mayonnaise
10 dash Tobasco
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Broiled Fish Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Soften butter. Add the parmesan cheese, mayo, grated cheese (locatelli), and tobasco.

  3. Place fish fillets (skinless--good with grouper or flounder ) in greased glass baking dish and put on lemon juice. Bake until done (depends upon thickness of fish 8-13 minutes. Remove from the oven. Spread cheese/butter mixture on top and place under the broiler until lightly browned about 1-2 minutes.
