Broiled and blackened tofu flavored with oil, soy sauce, and spices!

Recipe Ingredients for Broiled Blackened Spiced Tofu

1 pkg Extra Firm
1/4 tsp Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Broiled Blackened Spiced Tofu

Mix spices, cut tofu into 8 pieces, dip tofu into soy sauce + olive oil mixture and then into spice mix. Set on baking sheet and broil for 10-12 min (6 inches from flame). All done!
