Recipe Ingredients for Brocolli & Salmon Quiche

60 grams Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
50 grams Oats
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
5 grams Arrowroot
75 grams Butter
100 grams Cheddar Cheese
5 oz Half
5 fl. oz Semi Skimmed Milk
1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/2 fillet Salmon, Sockeye
0.2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Brocolli & Salmon Quiche

  1. Rub butter into flour and salt until you get a crumbly mixture. Add arrowroot and oats and mix well. Add a small amount of water to bind, you want a reasonably loose pastry. Press into flan dish and bake blind at 190 for 20 minutes.

  2. Combine milk, cream and eggs in a bowl, add a dash of black pepper.

  3. Arrange broccolli and salmon on flan base, pour over wet mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 160for 30 to 40 minutes.
