Recipe Ingredients for brocolli casserole

16 oz Broccoli
10.4 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
12 oz Cheese
16 serving Mayonnaise
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for brocolli casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350, butter a 9x13x2 inch casserole dish.

  2. Cook broccoli in water, drain, and set aside to cool.

  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, onion, and 2 cups of the cheese. Add salt and pepper and place in your casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cracker crumbs. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese for about 10 minutes.
