Brocoli Quiche served with side salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Brocoli Quiche

4 eggs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 red pepper
1 onion chopped
2 potatos
1/4 cup mushrooms
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup brocoli
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Brocoli Quiche

  1. Saute onions, mushrooms and pepper in olive oil.

  2. Steam brocoli.

  3. Spray pie plate with pam, place chopped potato on bottom of pan. Add saute'd vegetables.

  4. Add chopped brocoli.

  5. Layer cheese on top.

  6. Beat eggs and pour over top.

  7. Pour milk over top and bake 350 until set.
