1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup brocoli
1 tbsp butter with salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
2 tbsp parmesean cheese

Recipe Directions for Brocoli & Cauliflower fry

  1. chop brocoli & caulifower into bite size pieces

  2. heat butter, garlic and italian seasoning

  3. add brocoli and cauliflower to pan

  4. cover and simmer until desired tenderness stir occasionally

  5. when cooked to desired tenderness sprinkle with parmesean cheese
