350 g broccoli
270 g zucchini
100 g pepper, green
60 g spinach or leek
125 g cream, 30% fat
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/5 l water

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and zucchini soup

  1. boil all the veggies roughly cut for 15 min

  2. blend all, add salt, cream and boil for 1 min

  3. serve hot
