Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and white cheese soup

1/4 cup onion
4 ounce Blue cheese
8 ounce feta cheese
2 ounce parmesan cheese
1/2 cup celery
1 cup cream
1 cup water
1 tblsp olive oil
1/2 cup carrots
2 1/2 cups broccoli
26 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup asparagus, fresh

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and white cheese soup

  1. Carmelize onions in olive oil

  2. add condensed soup, water and cream

  3. bring to a slow simmer

  4. add vegetables

  5. simmer until vegetables begin to turn tender

  6. add cheeses and stir to melt

  7. season with garlic, white pepper, sea salt
