Tuna casserole with EVOO instead of mushroom soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Veggie Tuna Casserole

0.75 cup Broccoli
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 small Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Chunk Light Tuna in Water
1.5 oz Whole Wheat Egg Noodles

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Veggie Tuna Casserole

Cook noodles. Microwave broccoli until almost done. Saute onion & garlic 5 minutes. Add tomatoes & seasonings (oregano, parsley), saute 5 minutes longer. Add tuna & broccoli, put into sprayed medium casserole dish. Top with grated cheese, Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
