Broccoli Tomato Sesame Seed Casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Tomato Sesame Seed Casserole

2 1/2 cups broccoli
1 medium onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup swiss cheese
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Tomato Sesame Seed Casserole

  1. Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Refresh under cold water. Set aside.

  2. Slice onion and sautee in oil until almost tender. Add sliced tomatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes.

  3. Stir in tomatoes. Add to oven-proof dish.

  4. On top, sprinkle cheeses. Toast sesame seeds and spread on top. Cook in 375 degree oven for 15-25 minutes.
