Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli, Tomato, Corn & Feta Salad

4.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
280 grams Broccoli
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
30 grams Feta Cheese
5 dash Salt

Recipe Directions for Broccoli, Tomato, Corn & Feta Salad

Blanch broccoli, set aside. Defrost corn. Slice tomatoes, remove seeds. Combine all vegetables in large bowl and crumble feta over mixture. Toss and season to taste.
