Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Tofu Walnut Toss

4 cup, chopped Broccoli
14 oz Extra Firm Tofu
0.25 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Light Butter with Canola Oil
4 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Tofu Walnut Toss

Oven roast broccoli florets, finely chopped garlic, and walnuts in one pat at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Cube the tofu and spread evenly on a baking sheet, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 12 minutes also. When done, toss all ingredients together and serve hot.
